How to redeem your software

As a new Wacom owner, you’re eligible for an assortment of free software to kickstart your creativity. Whether you’re an illustrator, designer, photographer or VFX artist, your Wacom product comes bundled with software from our friends at Adobe, Celsys, Boris FX and beyond.

With your purchase of Wacom Intuos, Wacom One or One by Wacom, receive 3 months complimentary access to apps tailored for education such as Collaboard, Explain Everything, Kami, Limnu and Pear Deck. Plus, One by Wacom is Chromebook compatible and works seamlessly with CLIP STUDIO PAINT for Chromebook.

Redeeming your software is as easy as 1-2-3! Follow the steps below:

1. Connect your device to your computer and download and install the latest driver.
2. Follow the set-up wizard, which will prompt you to register your device. You will need to create a Wacom account to register. If you skipped the set-up wizard, open the Wacom Desktop Center, select your device, and click the blue registration banner to register.
3. Once registered, head to the “My Offers” section of your account dashboard to view and redeem your free software.
